| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合康复治疗对小儿痴呆症的临床疗效。方法:对20例确诊为小儿痴呆症的患儿给予药物、康复等综合治疗,并进行临床分析总结,利用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)评分来评估综合康复治疗对儿童痴呆症的作用,同时对比治疗前后的差异。结果:12例患者经过综合康复治疗MMSE评分较前增高,60%的患者临床痴呆症状得到一定程度改善,MMSE评分值在治疗后比治疗前明显升高,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗措施对小儿痴呆症具有较好疗效。 |
