应用猪囊尾蚴囊液、头节和囊壁抗原斑点ELISA诊断脑囊虫病的比较研究

应用猪囊尾蚴囊液、头节和囊壁抗原斑点ELISA检测脑囊虫病患者血清.当血清稀释度为1:20～1:320时,囊液、头节和囊壁抗原对脑囊虫病患者血清的检出阳性率分别为95:7%～82.9%,95.7%～71.4%和97.1%～30%。3种抗原与正常人、肺吸虫病人、华支睾吸虫病人及脑血管病人血清均无假阳性反应或交叉反应。与细胞粒棘球蚴病人血清的交叉反应率分别是22.5%～47.5%,10%～42.5%和10%～17.5%,以囊壁抗原的交叉反应为最低。

A Comparative Study on the Diagnosis in Neurocysticercosis with CFAg, CSAg and CWAg Dot-ELISA of Cysticerus Cellulosae

This article deals with the diagnostic values,sensitivity and specificity of Dot-ELISA in neurocysticercosis cases with cyst fluilds(CFAg),scolex(CSAg)and cyst wall(CWAg)of Cysticerus cellulosae as antigens.Positive rates of Dot-ELISA with these 3 kinds of antigens for neurocysticercosis(70 cases)were 95.7%～82.9,95.7～71.4% and 97.1～30% respectively in dilution of examined sera ranged from 1:20 to 1:320.There was no cross-reaction in subjects with normal controls(50 cases),clonorchiasis(50 cases),paragonimiasis (30 cases)and cerebrovascular disease(20 cases).Sera from 40 cases of echinococcosis patients showed positive reaction with these 3 antigens,with positive rates of 22.5～ 47.5%,10%～42.5% and 10%～17.5% respectively in different dilution of the examined sera,however the rate of cross-reaction with CWAg was lower than the other two antigens.
