我院口服抗感染药物的使用分析

目的了解口服抗感染药物的使用状况和用药趋势.方法采用金额排序和用药频率分析方法对2002～2004年口服抗感染药进行统计分析.结果三年抗感染药占药品总金额的比例分别是37.36%,38.56%,38.50%;口服抗感染药占总抗感染药总金额的比例是16.60%,15.31%,15.29%.结论该院抗感染药物的使用基本合理,但也存在一些不合理之处.认真执行<抗菌药物临床使用指导原则>,对规范临床抗感染治疗,延缓或减少细菌耐药性的发生具有极其重要的意义.

Analysis of oral anti-infective drugs

Aim To analyze the present condition and tendency of oral anti-infective drugs used in Arging Muricipal Hospital. Methods The used situation was analyzed according to the order of consumption sum and order of the DDDs of the oral anti-infective drugs which were applied in our hospital from 2002 to 2004. Results From 2002 to 2004, the annual consumption of anti-infective drugs respectively accounted for 37.16% ,38.56% and 38.50% of the sum of money for total consumption of drugs, the annual consumption of oral antiinfective drugs accounted for 16.60% , 15.31% and 15.29% of the sum of money for total consumption of anti-lnfective drugs. Conclusion The oral anti-infective drugs used in our hospital is rational. The serious control for anti-infective drugs in clinical application is able to delay or decrease the production of bacteria drug resistance.
