袋泡纸小包装饮片与传统饮片的比较研究

摘    要:目的:探讨袋泡纸小包装饮片代替传统饮片的可行性。方法:采用常规煎煮法,比较7种药材袋泡纸小包装饮片与传统饮片煎出量的差异以及煅牡蛎袋泡纸小包装饮片与传统饮片中Ca2+煎出率的差异;采用高效液相色谱法,比较丹参袋泡纸小包装饮片与传统饮片中丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果:袋泡纸小包装饮片与传统饮片的煎出量、Ca2+煎出率、丹参酮Ⅰ及丹参酮ⅡA的含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:袋泡纸小包装饮片可代替传统饮片。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To discuss the feasibility of replacing the traditional cut crude drugs with small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper.METHODS:The decoction amounts between 7 small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper and the traditional ones and the Ca2+decoction rates between calcined Concha Ostreae small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper and the traditional ones were compared by routine decocting method;The contents of tanshinoneⅠand tanshinone ⅡA between small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper and the traditional ones were compared by HPLC.RESULTS:No significances were found in the decoction amouts,the Ca2+decoction rates and the contents of tanshinoneⅠand tanshinone ⅡA between small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper and the traditional ones(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The small-packaged cut crude drugs wrapped with bag-steeping paper can replace the traditional ones.
