| 摘 要： | 目的了解糖尿病患者药物治疗遵医行为状况。方法采用自行设计的调查评价表,对100例住院糖尿病患者药物治疗遵医行为进行调查、评价。结果糖尿病患者药物治疗知识缺乏,遵医行为不良,1/3的患者有漏服药、忘服药和自行停服药物史。结论要重视和加强糖尿病患者对药物治疗知识的教育,以提高患者的遵医行为。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of medicine compliance behaviors of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 100 patients with DM were investigated by self-designed investigation and evaluation table.Results Patients with DM lacked medicine knowledge and poor compliance behaviors.1/3 of patients had the history of omitting to take medicine,forgetting taking medicine and stop taking medicine without doctor's order.Conclusions Health education on DM should be strengthened in order to increase the patients' compliance behaviors. |
