| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT在诊断颈动脉间隙神经源性肿瘤的作用。材料与方法：回顾性分析18例经病理症实为颈动脉间隙神经源性肿瘤CT资料，并总结其CT表现。结果：18例颈动脉间隙神经源性肿瘤中，8例良性神经鞘瘤、4例恶性神经鞘瘤、6例副神经节瘤，CT能准确显示颈动脉间隙肿瘤的范围、大小、数目及浸润情况，对明显良、恶性肿瘤可作定性诊断。副神经节瘤及神经鞘瘤均位于颈动脉间隙大血管深层，前者CT强化明显。结论：CT对颈动脉间隙神经源性的肿瘤诊断及治疗有重要应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in the neuroma in carotid space.Materials and Methods:The 18 cases CT images with Nuroma in carotid space confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospcectively analyed were analyzed vetrospectively.Results:of 18 patients,8 cases were begign 4 cases were malignant.CT could sensitively demonstrate the size,shape and number of neuroma in carotid space,and the extent of involvement.metastatic lymphadenopathy.Chemodectoma and schwannomas showed soft-tissues masses located posterior or porterolateral to the great vessels in carotid space on CT.Conclusion:CT is a very useful method in the diagnosis and treatment of neuroma in carotid space. |
