五种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效分析

目的 比较五种髌骨骨折内固定的疗效。方法 手术治疗髌骨骨折166例，其中镍钛聚髌器组(NT—PC)40例，改良张力带组56例，关节镜组26例，丝线环扎组26例，钢丝环扎组18例。结果 五种方法治疗的优良率及治疗粉碎性骨折的优良率不尽相同。结论 五种方法中，NT—PC及改良张力带法，明显优于其它三种方法，NT—PC在治疗粉碎性骨折方面优于改良张力蒂法。NT—PC还有其值得改进的方面，临床上应根据实际情况选择适宜的方法。

Clinical Analysis among Five Internal Fixation Methods for the Treatment of Patella Fractures

Objective To compare the clinical effect of five internal fixation methods for the treatment of patella fractures.Methods 176 cases of patella fractures were received. Of these cases, 40,56,26,26 and 18 cases were treated by Ni-Ti patella concentrator fixation, improved tension band wire fixation, arthroscopy, silk circular suture and iron circular wire respectively. Results The excellent and good rates of 5 methods were different for the treatment of general fracture and communicated fracture. Conclusions The results of 5 internal fixation methods shows that NT-PC and improved tension band wire fixation have better results than the others. And NT-PC is better than improved tension band for communicated fractures. There are also something to be improved in NT-PC, we should select suitable method according to clinical practice.
