奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的探讨奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法将61倒符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予奥氮平、氯丙嗪治疗8周。用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效，生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI）评定生活质量。结果奥氮平组PANSS总分和阴性因子分、一般病理分均低于氯丙嗪组，奥氛平组生活质量除生活条件雏度外，在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度均高于氯丙嗪组，且有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论奥氮平对精神分裂症疗效及生活质量改善优于氯丙嗪。

A Comparative Study on Olanzapine and Chlorpromazine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To study the clinical effects of olanzapine and the life qua lity of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods 61 schizophrenia patients were divided into olanzapine group and chlorpromazine group for 8 weeks. The efficac y was measured with Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale (PANSS), and the life q uality was evaluated with General Qualiy of Life Inventory (GQOLI). Resu lts Aft er 8 weeks of treatment, Compara to the chlorpromazine group, the total scores o f PANSS, negative symptom scores and general pathology scores in the olanzapine group were significantly lower. In addition, the scores of physical function, me ntal health and social function dimensions were significantly higher in patients with olanzapine than in those with chlorpromazine (P<0.01). Conclusion Schizop hrenic patient treated with olzanzapine have better efficacy and quality of life than those with chlorpromazine.
