重度妊高征终止妊娠时间及分娩方式的选择

目的:通过对重度妊高征的围产儿预后分析,探讨重度妊高征终止妊娠的时间及方式。方法:对120例重度妊高征进行回顾性分析研究,观察新生儿窒息率及死亡率。结果:36~36+6孕周组新生儿窒息率及围产儿死亡率均低于<36孕周和≥37孕周组。剖宫产组新生儿窒息率及围产儿死亡率明显低于阴道分娩组。结论:重高妊高征36~36+6孕周终止妊娠对围产儿影响最小,剖宫产是重度妊高征患者终止妊娠的主要措施。

The selection of terminating gestation's time and ways of severe degree pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective:To study the terminating gestation's time and ways of severe degree pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:120 cases patients of severe degree pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were analyzed..Results:The suffocating rate and death rate of the newborn from 36 weeks to 36 weeks and six days pregnancy duration was lower than those smaller than 36 weeks or longer than 37 weeks. The newborn's suffocating rate and death rate in cesarean section was obviously lower than that of vaginal delivery.Conclusion:Terminating the gestation at 36 weeks to 36 weeks and six days pregnancy duration makes the least influence on the newborns.Cesarean section is the main measure to terminate the duration of severe degree pregnancy induced hypertensions syndrome.
