| Abstract: | Patients who have had the Bentall-DeBono procedure using a composite conduit with a tissue valvular prosthesis pose a great challenge when problems develop with the tissue prosthesis. We herein report the surgical management of one such case, in which the valvular prosthesis was removed and replaced without replacement of the conduit. |
