14例甲状旁腺肿瘤的临床分析

目的探讨甲状旁腺肿瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2004年4月至2008年8月我院14例甲状旁腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,对其临床症状、诊断及治疗进行总结。结果本组男5例,女9例,男女比例为1∶1.8;年龄27-79岁,平均年龄为44岁。其中甲状旁腺腺瘤13例,其中一例胸骨后甲状旁腺腺瘤,甲状旁腺癌1例。临床表现有颈部肿块、骨关节疼痛、骨折、双下肢无力疼痛、泌尿系结石、恶心呕吐、多饮多尿、声嘶、胸闷咳嗽等。术前定性检查为血清钙离子、血磷、及血甲状旁腺激素（PTH）水平。术前定位检查为B超、CT、MRI及核素扫描。甲状旁腺腺瘤13例均经手术治疗,症状缓解,随访未见复发。甲状旁腺癌1例行手术治疗,随访1年3个月无瘤生存。结论血清钙离子和PTH结合B超、CT、MRI及核素扫描可辅助甲状旁腺肿瘤的诊断。手术为甲状旁腺肿瘤的治疗手段。甲状旁腺癌的手术应为根治性手术。

Clinical analysis of 14 cases of parathyroid neoplasms
