| 摘 要： | 109例脑血管病患者血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(OSH-PX)的含量减少,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);血浆中脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量增加,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);SOD减少与LPO增加呈负相关(r=-0.389,P<0.05);血栓素TXB_2的水平增加,6-酮-前列腺素F_(1a)(6-Keto-PGF_(1a)水平降低,二者分别与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01);TXB_2增加与LPO增加呈正相关(r=0.453,P<0.01)。上述的结果提示脑血管病患者体内抗氧化酶类与LPO之间的动态平衡失调。

| Abstract: | 109 cases of patients with cerebrovaseular diseases were determined. The results indicated that the contents of blood SOD,GSH-PX were remarkably decreased and those of plasma LPO were increased. Compared with healthy individuals there was significant difference (P<0.01). The contents of blood SOD correlated negatively with plasma LPO (r=-0.389; P<0.05). The levels of plasma TXB_2 were increased and those of 6-Keto-PGF_(1a) were decreased when in comparison with normal human those were significantly different (P<0.01). The levels of plasma TXB_2 correlated positivly with plasma LPO (r=0.453, P<0.01 ). This paper considered that the balance between anti-oxidase and LPO was incompatibly in patients with cerebrovascular diseases. |
