摘 要: | 目的了解本院年资5年(包括5年)以下精神科护士心理状况及与工作压力源、心理防御机制的相关性。方法采用焦虑自评量表、心理防御机制问卷、护士工作压力源量表对护士进行问卷调查。结果研究组SAS与全国常模比较存在差异(P〈0.05);焦虑总分与护理工作压力源的5个方面中,工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题都有不同程度的相关(P均〈0.01);焦虑状态与不成熟型防御机制呈正相关(P〈0.01),与中间型防御机制中的伴无能亦呈正相关(P〈0.05),与掩饰因子也呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论这个年资段的精神科护士普遍存在焦虑情绪,压力源主要来源于工作量及时间分配的问题,具体体现在上班的护士数量少、非护理性工作太多等。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the mental health condition of psychiatric nurses who have worked in Mental Health Center of Hebei Province for five years and less than five years,and the correlation with work stress resource and mental copy style. Methods A total of 63 subjects were assessed by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Coping Styles Questionnaire and Nurses Work Stress Resource Scale. Results The scores of SAS of subjects were significantly higher than those of the national norm (P〈0.05). The total anxiety scores were related with workload,assignment of the worktime,nursing profession and the problems of work. The scores of anxiety were correlated with immature coping styles and cover-up factor positively,while with osculant coping styles positively. Conclution More junior nurses are bored with anxiety. The pressure source mainly comes from workload and assignment of the worktime and it represents concretely that the number of nurses is little and non-nursing work are too much etc. |
