| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三维超声在膝关节闭合性韧带损伤中的临床应用价值及优势。方法 78例临床高度怀疑膝关节闭合性韧带损伤患者分别进行常规二维超声和三维超声检查，并与手术结果进行对照。结果 78例患者90个膝关节共450条韧带，常规二维超声总体诊断符合率为71．1％，三维超声总体诊断符合率为90．0％。结论 三维超声对膝关节闭合性韧带损伤较常规二维超声有更高的诊断符合率，对指导临床制订治疗方案有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of three dimensional ultrasound(3DUS)in the closed ligamentous injury of knee joint.Methods Ninety knees of 78 cases suspected of closed ligamentous injury of knee joint were enrolled in the study.Both conventional two dimensional ultrasound(2DUS)and 3DUS were performed,and the results were compared with operation or arthroscopy.Results Ninety knees of 78 cases were proved by operation or arthroscopy.The detection rate of ligamentous injury with 3DUS and 2DUS were 90.0%and 71.1% respectively.Conclusion 3DUS is more accurate than 2DUS in diagnosing closed ligamentous injury of knee joint. |
