| 摘 要： | 目的：对静安口服液进行主要药效研究。方法：观察静安口服液对小鼠自发活动、协同戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验及电惊厥、注射中枢兴奋药等致小鼠惊厥模型的作用和对东莨菪碱和戊巴比妥钠所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍模型的作用以及其免疫调节作用。结果：静安口服液不同剂量组与对照组比较均具有显著镇静催眠、抗惊厥、促进学习和记忆及调节与促进免疫的作用。结论：静安口服液具有镇静催眠、抗惊厥、促进学习和记忆及调节与促进免疫的作用。
