| 摘 要： | 目的 研究复方中药制剂汉丹肝乐（HDGL）抗胆汁性肝纤维化的作用。方法 采用胆总管结扎诱导大鼠胆汁性肝纤维化。自造模之日起ig给予汉丹肝乐0.3-0.8g/kg，连续四周，检测肝损害的生化指标，肝组织做病理检查。结果 汉丹肝乐明显减轻肝细胞病理改变，使AKP和ALT降低；肝胶原蛋白和丙二醛含量下降，尿羟脯氨酸排出量增加；血清黄疸指数，总胆红素和结合胆红素降低。结论 汉丹肝乐具有减轻胆汁淤积，保护肝细胞，抗胆汁性肝纤维化的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects anti cholestatic hepatic fibrosis of Han Dan Gan Le (HDGL). Methods Rat hepatic fibrosis model was induced by the common bile duct ligation(BDL). The samples of urine, liver and serum were measured. The damage of liver tissues was observed by light microscope. Results The results shown that HDGL inhibited serum ALT and AKP activities, decreased jaundice index, total bilirubin, esterified bilirubin ,liver index, liver collagen and malondialdehyde (MDA). Increased urine Hydroxyproline(Hyp) and total protein level. Conclusion HDGL can effectively decrease the hepatic fibrosis induced by obstruction jaundice, anti liver lesions of cholestasis. |
