| 摘 要： | microRNA(miRNA)是近年来发现的一类长度约为20～25个核苷酸的具有转录后调节功能的非编码单链的小分子RNA.研究发现miR-21、miR-34a、miR-9、miR-151与肝癌转移密切相关,而miR-122、miR-221和miR-125等影响肝癌预后.

| Abstract: | microRNAs（miRNAs） are non-coding single-strand small RNAs,which contain 20～25 nucleotides and play an important role in post-translational regulation.The tumorigenesis and metastasis of hepatocarcinoma are complicated processes involving multigenes and multistages regulated by many factors.It has been reported that miR-21,miR-34a,miR-9 and miR-151 have an important function in liver cancer metastasis and recurrence.Besides,miR-122,miR-221 and miR-125 were verified to be related to hepatocarcinama prognosis. |
