摘    要:全世界大约有15%的夫妇不育,其中男性不育约占50%.Y染色体长臂上的AZF缺失是导致男性不育的重要因素.AZF进一步分为AZFa、AZFb和AZFc 3个区域,不同区域的微缺失引起不同程度的精子发生障碍.因此Y染色体微缺失的检测对男性不育的诊治有很重要的指导意义.目前Y染色体微缺失常用的检测方法有多重定性PCR法、实...

Abstract:There are many cases of infertility,which affects approximately 15% of all married couples attempting pregnancy in the general population,and the male factor is responsible for approximately 50% of the cases.Azoospermia factor (AZF) microdeletions in Y chromosome are an important cause of spermatogenetic failure in infertile men.AZF is divided into three regions (AZFa,AZFb and AZFc).Different deletions can lead to different levels of spermatogenesis.The detection of Y chromosome microdeletions has important instructional significance to the treatment of male infertility.At present,the usual detection methods of Y chromosome microdeletions include multiplex qualitative PCR,real-time fluorescence,gene chip,fluorescence in situ hybridization and so on.
