| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)进行膀胱内灌注 ,预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法 对保留膀胱手术治疗后的 89例浅表性膀胱癌患者 ,采用HCPT(10mg 2 0ml)进行膀胱内灌注治疗。结果 经平均随访 2 7.9个月 ,89例患者中复发 19例 (2 1.3% ) ,且并发症和副作用较小。结论 HCPT膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发 ,具有较好的效果 ,毒副作用少而轻

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of prevention of postoperative relapse of superficial carcinoma of urinary bladder through perfusion of hydroxycamptothecine into urinary bladder.Methods HCPT(10 mg/ 20 ml) was used in urinary bladder perfusion for 89 cases with superficial carcinoma of urinary bladder ,whose urinary bladders were retained for operative treatment.Results Through the follow up visit of 27.9 months by average,relapse was found in 19 cases (21.3 %) with little complication and side effect.Conclusion This method has a good effect with less side effect. |
