大肠癌凝血功能变化与临床证型相关性探讨

目的:探讨大肠癌患者凝血功能、血小板指标的变化与中医证型的关系及临床意义。方法:测定120例健康体检者和135例大肠癌患者的PT、APTT、TT、Fib含量水平,并计数PLT,分为5种证型进行比较。结果:135例大肠癌患者中73例(54.07%)Fib升高,64例(47.41%)PLT升高,55例(40.74%)APTT降低,47例(34.81%)PT降低,48例(35.56%)TT降低,血瘀型与其他证型有显著差异(P<0.05),不同证型大肠癌均较健康人血液黏稠度升高(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌患者血液处于高凝状态,有潜在血栓形成的可能,预后欠佳,凝血功能变化程度与中医证型有一定相关性。

The Exploration of the Relationship Between the Change of Coagulation Function and the TCM Syndrome type

Objective： To explore the relationship between the coagulation function, the level change of platelets and the TCM syndrome type for the colorectal carcinoma. Methods ： 135 patients suffering from colorectal carcinoma and 120 normal adult were enrolled, prothombin time （ PT）, activated paritial thromboplastin time （ APTT）, thrombin time （ TT）, fibrinogen （ Fib）, and platelets were detected in all patients and control group,and all the patients were divided into 5 groups to make a comparison according to the TCM Syndrome type. Results：The number of increased level were 73 （54.07 % ）for Fib, 64 （47.41%）for PLTo The number of decreased level were 55 （40. 74% ） for APTr,47 （ 34. 81% ） for PT, 48 （ 35.56 % ） for Tr during all the 135 patients o There were a significant difference between the blood-stasis syndrome type and other syndrome type（P 〈 0. 05）, all the patients of the 5 syndrome express a higher level of blood viscosity. Conclusion ： The are abnormal level of Fib, PLT, PT, APTT with colorectal carcinoma, Their changes are partely related with the TCM syndrome type.
