灵龟八法对56例原发性高血压血压、NO的影响

目的:观察灵龟八法按时开穴对原发性高血压的血压、NO的影响。方法:将56例诊为Ⅰ或Ⅱ级原发性高血压病的患者,随机分为灵龟八法治疗组28例,按照灵龟八法按时开穴治疗,药物对照组28例,使用开博通片治疗;并将这两组与29例正常参照组治疗前的NO水平比较。结果:灵龟八法组与药物治疗组治疗后平均血浆NO值均升高,平均收缩压及平均舒张压值均降低。灵龟八法组治疗总有效率为96.4%,药物治疗组总有效率为82.1%。结论:灵龟八法组及药物治疗组均能升高平均血浆NO值,降低平均收缩压及舒张压值。灵龟八法治疗组在改善眩晕症状方面优于药物治疗组。

Effect on Blood Pressure and Nitrogen Monoxidum of 56 Cases Patients with Primary Hypertension by Eightfold Method of The Sacred Tortoise

Objective：the effect on blood pressure and nitrogen monoxidum of 56 -ease patients with primary hypertension by Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise. Methods ：56 -ease Patients with Ⅰ -stage or Ⅱ -stage primary Hypertension were divided into two groups ： One was the 28 - case treatment group treated by Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise, by which the aeupoint were timely punctured according to the acupoint＇s open time; the other was the 28 - ease medicine control group treated hy Captopril tablet. And an comparison of pretreatment nitrogen monoxidum level between the two groups with the 29 - eases noreal reference group was made. Results：The average nitrogen monoxidum value in hematoplasma increased both in the Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise group and medicine control group, and average systolic blood pressure（SBP） and average diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were all decreased. The total effective rate in the Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise group was 96.4% ,while 82.1% in the medicine control group. Conclusion：There were increase of the average nitrogen monoxidum value in hematoplasma equally in the Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise group and medicine control group, and also the average systolic blood pressure（SBP） and the average diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were all decreased. And in the aspeet of improvement of vertigo symptom, the therapeutic effect of Eighffold Method of The Sacred Tortoise group was superior to that of the medicine control group.
