| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药辅助As2O3+沙利度胺治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床疗效。方法:25例MDS患者,随机分成两组,治疗组14例,采用中药辅助As2O3+沙利度胺治疗,对照组11例,采用As2O3+沙利度胺治疗,疗程90天,于治疗前后行血常规、骨髓涂片检查、临床症状及输血间隔时间等评估。结果:治疗90天后两组患者的指标均较前改善,指标改善中药参与组较早出现且更明显;同时考虑患者的症状改善情况,治疗组整体疗效较对照组更为显著,有效率高达78.5%。结论:中药辅助As2O 3+沙利度胺治疗骨髓增生异常综合症90天后,较对照组更能改善患者外周血等的相关指标,同时改善患者症状,整体疗效满意。
