| 摘 要： | 阐述脑神学说,着重分析北宋《圣济总录》"囟(脑)者物有所受命"及现代医学对中医脑主神明学说发展的影响。阐发脑神主睡眠说,其是指睡眠和觉醒由脑神的活动来主宰,失眠病位主要在脑,与五神相关,病机关键是脑神失所主,辨证施治当从脑神为主的一种理论。并从理论、方药、临床和亚健康等方面进行瞻望。
