| 摘 要： | 目的:基于功能性磁共振脑功能成像(fMRI)技术,观察针刺缺血性中风患者右侧外关穴对脑部功能区激活/负激活的作用。方法:左脑缺血性中风患者6例,接受右侧外关穴针刺。针刺过程中接受fMRI扫描,所得数据由SPM2分析、比较。结果:与留针状态比较,针刺左脑缺血性中风患者外关穴捻针时,激活的脑部功能区为BA7、10、17、18、19、31、39、40区和小脑前、后叶,负激活的脑区为BA1、4、22、45区。结论:针刺左脑缺血性中风患者右侧外关穴,能较为特异地激活主管感觉的脑区,负激活主管运动的脑区,可能是外关穴治疗缺血性中风的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the cerebral activating/deactivating effects of needling at right Waiguan(TE5) of ischemic stroke patients based on the technique of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).
