| 摘 要： | 目的:观察以健脾养血为治法的中药组方治疗慢性荨麻疹(Chronic Urticaria,CU)的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将入选患者随机分为4组,第1组予健脾养血方剂治疗;第2组予祛风方剂治疗;第3组予盐酸西替利嗪片治疗;第4组予健脾养血方剂和盐酸西替利嗪片联合治疗。疗程均为8周。结果:(1)健脾养血组总有效率为83.3%,祛风组56.7%,盐酸西替利嗪组66.7%,中西药组93.3%。健脾养血组明显优于祛风组(P<0.05),但与西替利嗪组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。而中西药组显著优于西替利嗪组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗结束时,健脾养血组症状积分显著低于祛风组和西替利嗪组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。(3)健脾养血组不良反应发生率为6.67%,祛风组16.67%,西替利嗪组26.67%,中西药组20.00%,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(4)健脾养血组中痊愈患者复发率为6.25%,祛风组50.00%,西替利嗪组54.55%,中西药组40.00%。健脾养血组复发率明显低于祛风组、西替利嗪组及中西药组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养血法治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效。
