| 摘 要： | 目的:在体现辨证的动态性的基础上探讨简化规范缺血性中风病火热证的辨证思路的方法。方法:在缺血性中风发病1个月内,运用数据挖掘中的决策树、关联规则方法,探讨火热证的动态变化特征。结果:缺血性中风病发病早期多表现为里实热证,病情常常进展迅速,至恢复期实热证逐渐减少,病性由邪实向本虚转化,虚火灼津的表现更为突出。结论:缺血性中风病不同病程阶段火热证的外在表现有其自身变化规律,数据挖掘应用于中医证候学研究,初步探讨提高辨证准确性的途径和方法。
