| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨咽喉结核的发病趋势及临床变化。方法:回顾性分析1983年至2003年经病理确诊咽喉结核39例的临床资料。结果:本文39例同以往咽喉结核相比,在发病年龄、局部病变及临床表现诸方面有极大差异,全部病例经正规抗结核药物治疗痊愈。结论:临床医师必须充分了解今日咽喉结核的临床特征,对可疑患者及早行病理检查,减少误诊误治。

| Abstract: | Objective: To avaluate the trends and the clinical changes in tuberculosis of pharynx and larynx, Methods: The clinical data of 39 patients with pathologically confirmed tuberculosis of pharynx and larynx were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Thirty-nine patients had many different features as compared with those of the past in such aspects as age, local lesion, and clinical manifestations. All patients were cure by anti-tuberculosis medicine. Conclusion: Tuberculosis of pharynx and larynx is unrecognized for the diversity feature. Early biopsy examination would avoide misdiagnosis. |
