| 摘 要： | 目的研究宁夏原周区金银花中绿原酸含量的动态变化。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定。结果绿原酸的含量在六月份最高,九月份最低。同一天内,以上午10.00~12.00采收的含量最高。结论若以绿原酸含量为指标,金银花以六月份为最佳采收期,且在上午10.00~12.00采收为佳。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the variation of the contents of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae in Yuanzhou, Ningxia in the growing period.METHODS An RP-HPLC method was used.RESULTS The contents of chlorogenic acid was the highest in June and the lowest in September.CONCLUSION The best collecting time is 10.00-12.00 am.in June. |
