基质金属蛋白酶-9和血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达和临床意义

目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在鼻咽癌中的表达及与肿瘤浸润、转移的关系。方法　运用免疫组化SP法 ,对 5 0例鼻咽鳞状细胞癌 ,10例鼻咽部慢性粘膜炎 ,10例正常粘膜组织的石腊包埋标本中MMP 9和VEGF表达进行联合检测。结果　MMP 9和VEGF在鼻咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润、转移有关。结论　MMP 9和VEGF在鼻咽鳞状细胞癌中有差异性表达 ;肿瘤细胞浸润与MMP 9表达关系最密切 (P<0 .0 1) ,颈淋巴结转移与否同VEGF表达水平高低密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,MMP 9和VEGF可作为临床评估鼻咽鳞状细胞癌浸润、转移潜能的生物学指标。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Matrix Metallo Proteinase-9 and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Nasopharyngeal Sguamous Cell

Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metallo proteinase 9(MMp-9)and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and their relationship with invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma.Methods The specimens of fifty nasopharyngeal sguamous cell carcinoma, ten nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation and ten normal nasopharyngeal mucosa were studied by immunohistochemical stain with monoclonal antibodies against MMp-9 and VEGF.Results Expression of MMp-9 have close relation to invasion of NSCC(P<0.01).Expression of VEGF correlates closely with high incidence of cervical lymph node metastasis of NSCC (P<0.01).High level of both MMp-9 and VEGF expression may be the predicfors for poor prognosis of NSCC.; Conciusion: The expetssion of MMp-9 and VEGF might be a useful index to tumor occurrence. Progression. Invasion and nretastasis of NSCC, especially to invasion and metastasis.
