| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 Vater氏壶腹癌的 CT诊断价值。方法 :收集本院 1 990～ 1 997年间经手术病理证实、CT资料完整的 2 6例Vater氏壶腹癌进行回顾性分析。结果 :十二指肠降部腔内充盈缺损 ,腔内软组织肿块 ,壶腹段胆总管腔截断及肝内胆管中、高度扩张、胆总管扩张、胆囊增大、“双管征”是壶腹癌的直接和间接 CT征象。这些征象的显示与扫描技术和设备有关。本组诊断准确率为84.6%。结论 :CT诊断壶腹癌是有效、准确的检查方法。CT对钩突、十二指肠的早期侵犯及局部淋巴结的检出不敏感 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate CT diagnostic capability of carcinoma of Vaters ampulla.Methods:CT findings of 26 cases of Vaters ampullary carcinoma proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The direct and indirect CT signs of the disease were:1)mass in the descending portion of duodenum;2)dilatation of both biliary and pancreatic duct;3)enlargement of gallbladder.Demonstration of these signs would depend on the scanning system and scanning protocols to be used.The accurate diagnostic rate in this group of patients was 84.6%(22/26 cases).Conclusion:CT scan is a valuable method for diagnosing carcinoma of Vasters ampulla.However,early detection of involvement of the uncinate process of pancreas and duodenum,and metastatic adenopathy is not sensitive by CT study.
