(足母)趾趾背皮瓣修复手指指背复合组织缺损

目的探讨（足母）趾皮瓣修复指背复合组织缺损的临床效果。方法根据指背皮肤软组织缺损情况，对18例此类患者采用（足母）趾趾背皮瓣移植修复。通过随访观察手指外形、功能恢复情况，了解临床疗效，总结优缺点。结果随访2-6个月，平均3．6个月。18例皮瓣全部成活，患指外形、功能恢复满意。结论（足母）趾趾背皮瓣具有血管蒂较为恒定，易切取，皮瓣带感觉神经，与手指指背外形、功能相近，且可以携带部分伸肌腱，是修复手指指背复合缺损的较好方法。

Repair of dorsal complex defect of finger with first dorsal toe flap

Objective To. probe the effect of repair the dorsal complex defect of finger by the first dorsal toe flap. Methods According to the defect of dorsal skin and soft tissue of finger, the first dorsal toe flap were applied by transplantation 18 cases. Observing the restoration of the injuried fingers appearance and function,finding out the clinical effect and concluding the advantages and disadvantages by following up. Results All flaps survived in 18 cases. The appearances and function were satisfactory over a period of follow-up between 2 months and 6 months. Condusion First dorsal toe flap which constant pedicle, simple excision, similar appearance and function with digit. And it contains never and part extensor tendon.So it is a good method for repair of dorsal soft tissue and skin defect of finger.
