超声诊断胆管结石的接受器工作特性分析

目的：用接受器工作特性分析(receive operating characteristic curves，ROC)分析评价超声对胆管结石的诊断价值，简要介绍ROC的原理和应用。方法：胆囊切除术后怀疑胆管结石的患者47例，其中男性12例，女性35例，年龄25—89岁，平均年龄56．3岁，行超声检查，三日内同时行T管造影和胆道镜检查。用SPSSll．0软件进行ROC分析。结果：ROC分析显示，超声诊断胆管结石的ROC曲线下面积＝0．910，表明超声诊断胆管结石的准确性较高。T管造影的准确率为91．5％，在超声和T管造影的提示下胆道镜取石成功率95．7％。结论：超声应为诊断胆道结石的首选方法，其他影像方法也是有益的补充。

Receiver Operating Characteristic Curves (ROC) Analysis of Ultrasound Images in Patients with Calculi in Bile Ducts

Objective:To evaluate the value of diagnostic ultrasound in patients with calculi(lithiasis)in bile ducts by receiver operating characteristic curves(ROC),and introduce the principle of ROC simply.Methods:Ultrasound study in 47 patients (include 12 male and 35 female; ranging from 25~89 years old; mean age 56 3 years) who were suspected with calculi in bile ducts after cholecystectomy.T cholangiography and choledochoscope were performed in those within 3 days after ultrasound examination We analysed the data with ROC function of software SPSS11 0.Results:Area under the ROC curve is 0 910 ROC analysis showed that diagnostic accuracy of calculi in bile ducts by ultrasound was high The accuracy of T cholangiography was 91 5% With the aid of T cholangiography and ultrasound,95 7% of patients were cured successfully under choledochoscope.Conclusions:Ultrasound is the first choice to diagnose calculi of bile ducts,and other medical imaging methods are beneficial complements
