瘢痕畸形修复联合功能康复训练在小儿手部烧伤治疗中的效果

目的 研究瘢痕畸形修复联合功能康复训练在小儿手部烧伤治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月-12月我院收治的26例手部烧伤患儿，均进行瘢痕畸形修复治疗及功能康复训练，于治疗后3个月，比较患儿治疗前后关节活动度（ROM）、手部功能及外观满意度。结果 治疗后ROM优良率为53.85%，高于治疗前的11.54%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后手部功能优良率为50.00%，高于治疗前的34.62%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后患儿手部外观满意度为88.46%，高于治疗前的69.23%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 瘢痕畸形修复联合功能康复训练可促进手部烧伤患儿手部功能恢复，改善手部外观，具有应用有效性。

Effect on the Repair of Scar Contracture Deformity Combined with Functional Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Hand Burn in Children

Objective To study the clinical effect of the repair of scar contracture deformity combined with functional rehabilitation training in the treatment of pediatric hand burn. Methods Twenty-six children with hand burns admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected for scar deformity repair and functional rehabilitation training. Three months after treatment, the range of motion (ROM), hand function and appearance satisfaction before and after treatment were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of ROM after treatment was 53.85%, which was higher than 11.54% before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of hand function after treatment was 50.00%, which was higher than 34.62% before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The hand appearance satisfaction after treatment was 88.46%, which was higher than 69.23% before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The repair of scar contracture deformity combined with functional rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of hand function in children with hand burn and improve the appearance of hand, which is of application effectiveness.
