吸入用布地奈德混悬液联用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察吸入用布地奈德混悬液联用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法78例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采取吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率97.4%高于对照组的82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组降钙素原(PCT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PCT及hs-CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组PCT(2.4±1.0)μg/L及hs-CRP(3.6±1.2)mg/L明显低于对照组的(4.5±1.3)μg/L、(6.8±2.0)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸入用布地奈德混悬液联用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗新生儿肺炎临床疗效显著,可有效减轻机体炎症状态,有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with acetylcysteine solution for inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 78 cases of neonatal pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine solution for inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.4%of the observation group was higher than 82.1%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before treatment,and PCT(2.4±1.0)μg/L and hs-CRP(3.6±1.2)mg/L in the observation group were significantly lower than(4.5±1.3)μg/L and(6.8±2.0)mg/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension for inhalation in combination with acetylcysteine solution for inhalation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,and can effectively reduce the inflammatory state of the organism,which contains the value of promotion.
