Clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of endometriosis-induced infertility

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of endometriosis infertility.Methods A total of 32 patients with endometriosisinduced infertility were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 16 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group was treated with laparoscopy in combination with assisted reproductive technology,and patients in the control group received laparoscopic surgery alone.The pregnancy success rate and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The pregnancy success rate 62.50%of the experimental group was higher than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 6.25%of the experimental group was lower than 37.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with endometriosis-induced infertile,laparoscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology can further improve the pregnancy success rate of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and meet the requirements of clinical treatment.It is worthy of promotion.
