眼眶特发性炎性假瘤的手术治疗

目的：眼眶特发性假瘤通常首选全身激素治疗，本文指在探讨其手术治疗效果。方法 回顾分析我中心１９８０年１月至１９９４年１月住院病人中用手术治疗的５２例患者，随访时间６个月至２０年，平均２．９年。结果 ２９例完全治愈，２例部分有效，２１例复发。２１例复发病人中，２例经再次手术，５例经再手术加用全身激素，５例加用激素和环磷酰胺等免疫抑制药，５例加用激素和低剂量放射治疗（２０ＧＹ，分２个疗程）后最终治愈。

Surgical management of idiopathic orbital pseudotumor

Purpose:To observe the effectiveness of surgical management of idiopathic orbital pseudotumor,which are usually treated by systemic corticosteroid.Methods:The records of 52 patients with a diagnosis of idiopathic orbital pseudotumor between Jan 1,1980 and Jan 1,1994 were reviewed.These patients were managed first by surgery with a mean follow up of 2 9 years(ranging from 6 months to 20 years).Results:29 patients obtained a cure,2 patient got a partial cure with no recurrence,21 patients had more than one recurrence.Of those patients with recurrences,17 finally got a cure after reoperation(2 cases),a combination of surgery and corticosteroids(5 cases),combination of surgery and corticosteroids and other immune suppressive drugs(5 cases),or a combination of surgery and corticosteroids and radiotherapy(5 cases).The total cure rate of treatment of these group of patients was 88%(46/52)and the effective rate was 92%(48/52).Conclusions:Surgical management of idiopathic orbital pseudotumor can improve the effectiveness of treatment,which not only remove the affected tissue at the time of surgery,but also reduce the dosage of corticosteroid and radiotherapy when combined with these modalitise.
