| 摘 要： | 从1964～1985年共手术治疗局部复发性甲状腺癌23例.本文就其复发原因及治疗方法进行了分析讨论.结果表明,复发原因与术前漏诊、首次治疗不当、甲状腺癌的多灶性以及癌细胞种植等因素有关.一旦局部复发,外科治疗仍为有效的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | 23 patients with local recurrent thyroid cancer treated by surgery in our hospital from 1964 to 1985 were presented.Cause and treatment of these local recurrent thyroid cancer were analysed.The study showed that local recurrence was correlated with preoperative omission diagnosis,improper ini- tial treatment,multiple focus and implant of cancer cells.Once local recurrence occurred,surgery is still an effective method for local recurrent thyroid cancer. |
