根据"时间治疗学"理论对高血压用药实施护理干预

目的 以“时间治疗学”理论为依托，通过护理手段，对高血压病用药实施干预，有效控制血压，从而降低心脑血管病的发病率。方法 仔细阅读每种降压药物的药品说明书，掌握各种降压药物的最大效应时间、副作用、给药方法等。通过健康教育使病人了解高血压病的危害及长期、持续服药的重要性，提高病人的服药依从性。对高血压病人进行血压监测，教会病人及家属自测血压的方法。结果 56例高血压病人住院期间血压均能得到有效控制，服药依从性有不同程度的提高，家庭自测血压得到普及。结论 “时间治疗学”理论对高血压患者用药具有指导作用，对有效控制血压、具有重要意义。
