公立医院绩效评价体系结构设计研究

摘    要:本文对医院绩效评价指标体系的结构没计进行了研究,在比较分析了目前主要的几种绩效评价体系横向和纵向结构基础上,提出平衡计分卡和逐级修正方式的横向和纵向结构组合来架构评价体系,并据此进行了医院绩效评价指标体系的实际设计。

Abstract:The article elaborated the framework design of performance evaluation system in public hospital.On the base of comparing and analyzing the framework of several popular system from Horizontal and lengthways orienta- tion,it proposed to establish evaluation system with the balanced scoreboard and gradually correcting method.At last,it carried out the design of the system in practice.
