综合性治疗植物状态患者临床疗效分析

目的 综合性治疗能有效地使外伤性、非外伤性植物状态患者的病情恢复和改善，是一项较好的手段。方法 采用以高压氧舱治疗为主，配合药物及运动疗法、针灸和理疗。结果 综合性治疗使VS（植物状态）及PVS（持续性植物状态）得到临床满意效果，总有效率59．2％，以外伤性植物状态疗效为佳。结论 通过联合治疗能有效改善脑细胞及组织细胞供氧，并可使处于可逆状态的脑细胞恢复功能以及代偿、营养和修复，从而使VS得到恢复和改善。

Clinical Analysis in Vegetative State with Synthetic Treatment

Objective It can renew and ameliorate patient＇s condition in either traumatogenic or nontraumatogenic vegetatire state（VS） to adopt synthetic treatment. Methods All patients were principallr with hyperbaric oxygen（HBO）, pharmacotherapy, acupuncture and moxibustion, laser intravascular irradiation therapy, therapeutic exercise, and physiotherapy were used as assistant way. Results An obvious clinical effect was observed after treating the patients synthetically in VS and permanent vegetative state（PVS）, the total effective rate was 59.2%, wherea the curature effect for cases in traumatogenic vegetative situation was not up to the mark. Conclusion Synthetic treatment improved cerebral and tissular cells＇ supplying oxygen condition and renewed the function of cerebral cells such as nursion, compensation with combined therapy, in a irreversible state.
