电视胸腔镜手术在血胸处理中的诊治体会

目的探讨和总结电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在治疗血胸中的应用经验。方法回顾性分析5a来该院采用VATS治疗血胸38例与同期行开胸(TH)20例患者进行比较。结果VATS组手术时间、术后胸管放置时间和住院时间均较TH组明显缩短(P<0.01),住院费用差异无显著性(P>0.05),无并发症发生。结论合理应用电视胸腔镜治疗血胸具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少和利于美容等优点,大部分血胸开胸手术可由胸腔镜手术完成,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Experiences of treatment in he mothorax using video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery

[Objective] To evaluate and summarize the clinical experience of the he mothorax with video-assistecthoracoscopic (VATS). [Methods] The clinical data of 38 cases of he mothorax with video-assisted thoracoscopic and another twenty did TH in recent 5 years in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] The consumed time of operation, the duration of postoperative chest drainage and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter in group VATS than in group TH. There was no significant different between VATS and TH in hospitalition expenses(P >0.05). There were no complication. [Conclusions] Applying VAT reasonably to remedy parts of acute thoracic trauma has the advantages of minimally invasive speedy recovery, minimally complication and available cosmetology. In he mothorax most of traditional thoracotomy can be done by VATS. It is a safe and effective method in the treatment of he mothorax. So it can be used extensively.
