健康教育对青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者遵医行为的影响

目的：探讨健康教育对青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者遵医行为及治疗效果的影响。方法：将62例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为实验组32例，对照组30例。对照组进行常规的治疗及护理，实验组在此基础上同步实施个性化健康教育（包括家属），分别在第一次住院治疗后半年，观察比较两组患者的遵医行为及治疗效果。结果：实验组按医嘱服药、按疗程治疗、按时就诊、治疗有效率方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：健康教育能够提高青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者的遵医行为和治疗效果。

Study on the influence of heath education on the compliance and therapeutic efficacy of the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence.

Objective ： Study on the influence of heath education on the compliance and therapeutic efficacy of the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence. Methods ： 62 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence were devided into two groups ： test group （ n = 32） and control group （ n = 30） randomly. The control group was just given regular therapy and nursing, the treated group was basiclly same as control group , but additionally given personal heath education （ including relatives） . After half a year＇ s inpatient care ,the compliance and therapy effect in two groups were investigated and compared. Results ： The compliance rate of taking medicine, recepting therapy according course of treatment and treatment on time and therapy effect in test group were better than in control goup P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The results shows that health education could improve the patient compliance and therapeutic efficacy of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence .
