| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨２４小时动态脑电图（ＡＥＥＧ），对癫痫诊断的应用价值。方法：对癫痫组２０７例，可疑癫痫组１１１例行ＡＥＥＧ检查。结果：癫痫组ＡＥＥＧ阳性率７５．８％（１５７／２０７），可疑癫痫组ＡＥＥＧ阳性率１８％（２０／１１１），前组的阳性率明显高于后组。结论：ＡＥＥＧ对癫痫的诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the practical diagnosis value of AEEG monitoring on the patients with epilepsy. Methods: AEEG are performed in one group of 207 cases with definite epilepsy and the other group of 111 cases with suspected epilepsy. Results: The positive rate of the former group is 75. 8% (157/207), which is obviously higher than that of the latter one 18% (20/111). Conclusion: AEEG is of important value in the diagnosis of patients with epilepsy. |
