| 摘 要： | 在地方实行城镇职工社会医疗保险等多项改革的新形势下,军队医院的管理、建设和发展受到了比较大的冲击和影响。本院坚持彻底转变观念,强化医保意识;合理控制医疗费用的增长;挖内涵、抓质量、降低成本,保障为军服务,使医院建设有了比较大的发展和进步。

| Abstract: | The management,construction and development of military hospitals are interfered greatly under the situation of newly carrying out of social medical insurance reforms.To adapt to the reform,the military hospital should strengthen the medial insurance consciousness and control the medicine expenditure reasonably;improve the medical service level and lower the medical cost;guarantee the service for the soldiers. |
