| 摘 要： | 由于肝组织病理检查的有创性,研究慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者的无创诊断指标与肝组织炎症活动度的关系,越来越受到人们的重视.临床医生们希望能通过无创检测指标及其联合能准确推测CHB患者肝组织炎症活动度,用以指导临床的抗病毒治疗.此文主要对CHB患者临床、生化指标、影像学等非创伤性指标及其组合模型与肝组织炎症活动度的相关研究进行综述.

| Abstract: | The study of relations between non-invasiveness diagnostic index and hepatic inflammation activity of chronic hepatitis B is being payed close attention because of the traumatic occlusion of liver biopsy. Clinician hope that the non-invasiveness diagnostic index and its association could be calculated exactly the grades of liver tissue inflammation in chronic hepatitis B and guided antiviral therapy. In this paper, the correlation researches between non-invasiveness diagnosis index such as clinic, biochemical indicator, iconography and its combination models and the grades of liver tissue inflammation are summarized. |
