| 摘 要： | 本文报告了一组急性上消化道出血176例手术病例。其常见的原因是:消化性溃疡88例(50%)、门脉高压症53例(30.1%)、出血性胃炎14例(7.9%)、胆道出血9例(5.1%)、胃肿瘤8例(4.5%),其他4例(2.2%)。本文重点讨论了常见上消化道出血性疾病的外科手术治疗指征、手术选择和注意事项,同时提出了不明原因上消化道出血的处理程序和手术探查指征。

| Abstract: | A group of 176 patients were operated with the acute massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding, It was noted that the most common eitiological factors of acute bleeding were peptic ulcer (88 cases, 50 per cent), portal hypertension (53 cases,30.1 per cent), hemorrhagic gastritis (14 cases, 7.9 per cent), hemorrhage from bile duct (9 cases, 5.1 per cent) and tumors of the stomach (8 cases, 4.5 per cent) and other (4 cases, 2.3 per cent)
Indications for surgical treatment, selection of operation, and matters to notice are emphatically discussed in this paper, and the treating procedure for and the exploration of the indications of upper gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown causes are mentioned. |
