摘    要:目的:探讨钒酸盐的降糖机制。方法:采用管饲法喂饲共2周,观察口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、胰岛素释放曲线、胰高血糖素(Glc)、皮质酮(Cor)、体重的变化。结果:Va不影响正常大鼠的OGTT和血浆Glc和Cor水平,而抑制体重的增长。Va显著改善STZ糖尿病(DM)大鼠的OGTT,并使升高的Glc和Cor恢复正常,但体重和胰岛素释放曲线无明显变化。结论:该剂量的Va可有效地降血糖,纠正DM糖代

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the antihyperglycemic effect of vanadate (Va). Methods: We employed tube feeding to introduce sodium vanadate (20 mg .kg-1 .d-1, 2 weeks ) into Wistar rats and observed the result of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Insulin secreting curve, body weight and serum levels of glucagon (Glc) and corticosterone (Cor) were determined. Results: This dosage of Va did not exerts significantly influence on OGTT and the serum levels of Glc and Cor but it inhibited body weight increase in normal rats. In diabetic rats, in the contrast, OGTT was improved significantly and the elevated levels of Glc and Cor were normalized, but body weight and insulin secreting Curve did not significantly change. Conclusion:Va in the dosage of 20 mg .kg-1 .d-1 for 2 weeks lowers glycemia effectively, normalizes the disorders of glucose homeostasis and hormones, but there is inhibition on body weight increase.
