大肠癌的超声筛查价值

目的:探讨超声对无临床表现的大肠癌的筛查价值。方法:对36例超声首次诊断为大肠癌与手术后或肠镜取样后病理证实的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:根据二维超声图像结合彩色多普勒(CDFI)、频谱多普勒(PDE)对照手术后或肠镜后病理结果,超声诊断符合率86.1%(31/36),误诊率13.9%(5/36)。结论:超声诊断大肠癌具有重要的临床意义,是筛查无临床表现的大肠癌的首选方法。

Value of Ultrasound Screening for Colon Cancer

Objective: To probe into the value of ultrasound screening for colon cancer without clinical performance.Method: A retrospective analysis was made on 36 cases patients who were firstly diagnosed as colon cancer by ultrasound and then were pathologically confirmed after operation or sampling by enteroscopy.Result: On the basis of 2-dimentional ultrasonic image,color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and spectrum doppler imaging and comparing with the pathological result after operation or enteroscopy sampling,the rate of conformity by ultrasound was 86.1%(31/36) and misdiagnosis rate was 13.9%(5/36).Conclusion: It is clinically significant that the colon cancer is diagnosed by ultrasound,which is a first choice in the screening of colon cancer without clinical performance.
