| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结分析两例Melkersson Rosenthal(MRS)综合征患者的临床表现、组织病理和治疗转归 ,探讨其可能的免疫学发病机制。方法 :对 2例MRS患者的外周血IL 2、IFN γ、IL 4、IL 1 0水平应用ELISA方法作检测。结果 :2例MRS患者外周血Th1型血细胞因子IL 2、IFN γ水平明显低于正常对照组 ,Th2型细胞因子LI 4、IL 1 0水平和正常对照组相比增高。结论 :Th1 /Th2细胞动态平衡打破 ,可能是MRS的一个重要发病机制
