| 摘 要： | 采用电子计算机图像分析技术，对骨质疏松症骨关节Ｘ线照片的测量与分析方法进行了研究，并编制了相应的计算机图像处理软件，针对Ｘ线照片的特点，运用图像处理技术对其进行预处理，并采用灰度比值测量，灰度直方图分析和纹理分析方法，对跟骨、椎骨的正常、退变增生和骨质疏松图像进行了测量分析比较，并绘制了相应的灰度直方图、三维纹理图和灰度投视图。结果表明，本方法在鉴别骨质疏松症、退变增生和正常骨质的Ｘ线方面有肯定的效果。

| Abstract: | The methods of detecting and analysing the X ray photograph of osteoporosis were studied with the computer image analysis technique in this study.According to the characteristic of the X ray photograph,the corresponding software has been programmed.With the ratio measurement of the greyness grade,the right angle picture analysis of the greyness grade and texture analysis techniques,we inspected and compared the pictures of the normal,degenerative proliferative and osteoporotic calcanei and vertebras.After that we drew the corresponding right angle picture of the greyness grade,three dimensional textural picture and projecting picture of the greyness grade.The results suggested that this method may have affirmative and practical value in distinguishing X ray photographs of the normal,degenerative proliferative and osteoporotic bones. |
